Here we have the time to do full posture assessments so that we can tailor your programme to your body, posture type and much more.

It’s very hard to progress or get true correction or know if you’re doing it right! Come to     Modern LJ Pilates to experience Pilates for real.

Posture Assessments are to be carried out prior to your training so we can fully assess what is need for you in the way of a programme and we can also chat along the way.

Posture assessments are reviewed annually so we can make sure you are getting the most out of your training for the year and see how adaptions and progressions to the programmes are working for you.

Also available Strength Training using weights and Calisthenics which are exercises consisting of a variety of gross motor movements; often rhythmical and generally without equipment or apparatus they are, in essence, body-weight training.

Cancellation Policy

Block bookings and private sessions are non refundable so to avoid being charged for sessions not attended, all clients need to provide a full 48 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment.

Modern LJ Pilates appreciates that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending your session; however, this policy is vital to the functioning of  Modern LJ Pilates classes.
